  Step 1:     All you need is linux. It is a open-source free operating system.or you can you can use virtualbox, That  may useful.

Step 2: Follow my codes :

                      Just open your terminal and type 
                                            
                                   1. sudo  apt -get update
                                   2. sudo apt -get install lighttpd (I use lighttpd for this you can use as your choice) 
                                   3. sudo apt -get install php 7.0 -fpm (you can use the latest version)
                                   4.wget -m -k -E -p -np -U "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; (your os*); rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0" -w 3 --limit-rate=35k WWW.(your website you need to download).COM -P /var/www/html/(your file location*)

SO i have give these codes to you. For best results you can use "raspberry pi "  that could be more comfortable .


            NOTE: This is an educational Purpose *
                       You need to get an Permission to use their websites 
                           you need to have a nearly 400 TB drives (*very important*)
